bond.co.za is an independent educational resource for South African home buyers. We publish home loan guides, calculators and verified rate and cost data. We are not a bank, we do not lend money, and we do not provide credit, origination, legal or conveyancing services. Home loan offers are made only by the banks and financial institutions you apply to yourself.
2. Eligibility
You must be 18 years or older and legally able to enter into contracts to use our services. All information you provide must be accurate and complete.
3. Our service
We provide general information and tools — guides, calculators, affordability estimates, checklists and rate and cost data — to help you understand and plan a home loan. We do not submit applications to banks on your behalf. We do not guarantee approval, any specific interest rate, or that any bank will make you an offer. Outputs from our calculators and affordability tools are estimates only, and nothing on the site is financial advice.

5. Intellectual property
All content, branding, calculators, and software on this site belong to bond.co.za or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute them without our written permission.
6. Liability
We provide the platform on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the platform or any decision made based on information obtained through it. Always confirm important details directly with the relevant bank before committing to a loan.
7. Changes and termination
