1. About bond.co.za
bond.co.za is a South African home loan comparison and origination platform. We are not a bank and we do not lend money. Home loan offers are made by the banks and financial institutions you choose to apply to through our platform.
2. Eligibility
You must be 18 years or older and legally able to enter into contracts to use our services. All information you provide must be accurate and complete.
3. Our service
We help you prepare and submit a single home loan application to multiple banks. We do not guarantee approval, any specific interest rate, or that any bank will make you an offer. Outputs from our calculators and affordability tools are estimates only.
4. Fees
Using bond.co.za is free for applicants. If you accept a bank offer, the bank may pay us a commission. That commission is paid by the bank and is not added to your loan amount.
5. Intellectual property
All content, branding, calculators, and software on this site belong to bond.co.za or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute them without our written permission.
6. Liability
We provide the platform on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the platform or any decision made based on information obtained through it. Always confirm important details directly with the relevant bank before committing to a loan.
7. Changes and termination
We may update these terms at any time. If you continue to use the platform after changes are published, you accept the updated terms. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms.
